PI have just started to use Publisher and cannot figure out how to create
frames for web-pages.  The MS website shows how to create frames in FrontPage
but not publisher.  Does anyone know how?  I would like to have a header
(w/picture), left frame, and body or main (w/picture) ...

I've created a website.  I contacted my ISP and obtain the site URL.  When I
click the publish to the web I get an error: "Publisher could not save this
file to the web.
Check your URL or network connection and try again."

I have created an internet page in Publisher.  It is posted to the internet
and updated a couple times each week.  All of sudden, inserted text boxes,
navigation bars, buttons, etc will not show up in web preview or when
published to the web.  This applies to all pages except one ...

I downloaded Office 2003 Service Pack 1 with the idea that  the Compress
Pictures icon would apear in the Picture Tool Bar of Publisher for building
web sites.  It did not appear after following the" reset the Picture toolbar
instructions".  Hoping this will make my web page ...

I do not want to post the Publisher web page to the web, but have it
self-contained on the host computer.  How can Ihave the information entered
by the user submitted as a text file on the host computer?

I have a template for a web page and I am trying to open the files in
publisher but they are in photoshop format.  Is there any way I can open
these files in publihser so I can edit them and publish them to my website?

I am trying to create a link on a page that will direct the user back to the
