I'm having a problem with "saving as web page" in P2000.  While I've done
this many times before, now I'm unable too.  I keep getting a message that

I have published a website using the new 2007 beta publisher,
www.waterwebs.com.au  It works fine using firefox, but internet explorer
doesn't display the images properly. Some of the background is  made of
.gif's which are working well, but other .gif's don't appear and instead ...

Saved my pub as .htm, used WSFTP  to load it up to my site but website won't
run.  Renamed my file to index.htm but now only get page 1 showing.
