I need to insert fields to capure customer information like name, address,

My MS publisher website worked fine in Website preview. However, when I go to
it on the web, I begin on the Home page (which is there) and can navigate
amongst the other pages fine. However, when I attempt to go from another page
back to the Home page, I get the following message ...

When I upload my file the Ad Banner is fine. However, the ad banner moves if

I am using Publisher to upload a page. When the page is displayed in explorer
at 100% it's fine. When the page is zoomed the HTML code fragment moves.
