My web site has many common files to all pages. In the web page these files are always refered back to the individual <page>_files folder created. It appears that because of this they do not load from the cache but re-load new every time, thus slowing the page down. Can I correct ...

How do you cause a hyperlink to a web site to open a new instance of IE? I can manually add the line "target=_blank" in html, but each time I change the web site in publisher, I would have to manually make that change again. So, is there a way to do this from within Publisher?

I just loaded my first web page. All in all it was successful, however it takes a long time to load the page from the internet. It has a few pictures, but not nearly as many pictures as some sites I have seen. Is there something I can do in publisher to make the page

I'm never used Publisher 2003 before to do a complete web site so maybe I'm just missing something but the program was running ok and now is pitifully slow. Assume my computer meets all basic requirements and more.

On my web site, the images look OK when viewed with IE, but they look very poor and grainy when viewed via the Firefox browser. Increasing the image resolution doesn't help. Any suggestions please? Olly.

While editing my website in Publisher, the screen blinks about every 10 seconds. This is very annoying. I checked the options and found nothing. And when I have clip art open, I have to move my mouse over the clips in order to see them again.

I'm pretty new at using publisher but have been able to learn alot thru this forum..thanks! What i cant figure out is how to link a word on page 1 to a spot maybe 1/2 way down on page 4.....i used to be able to do this easily in FrontPage, so i hope i am just missing something.
