Hello - Using Publisher 2003. I am not using the master page (I believe) but anytime I place an image on my "home" page, it appears on all the other pages. How do I get around this?

I have published my website in publisher 2003 but the forms page will not send information filled out to my email. After clicking the submit button it gives me " Page Not Found.

I have Microsoft Publisher 2002 (i think 2002) and I am making a web page and want to know if there is a way to add a page but not have it appear on the hyperlink bar on the side? Also, where do the submitted question forms go to? Do they go to your e-mail address?

My 2000 version creates a web site file size of 1.94MB but the same site created in Publisher 2003 is 12MB, WHY?
