I have set up a website with Microsoft Publisher. Several pages have response
forms. How do I connect them in a way that I get all the information sent to
an e-mail address?

My webpage is created in Publisher '07.  When it comes up in a browser it is
left justified.  Is there a way to have it centered?  Also, can I edit the
area around the paper? Thank you.

Publisher 2007 seems to rarely do the same thing twice.
The first form-fill document was imported to Publisher 2007 perfectly with
all macros intact.  Thereafter, all others were imported to a foreign page --
apparently as a print form with all data scrambled, and no form fills

1) I've published my website, after making sure the hyperlink addresses are
correct.  All of the internal links except one work fine.  3 of the external
links do not direct to the correct page.  I've manually entered each
hyperlink, double checked the addresses, etc.
