I created a webpage which is in mhtml. It was created in MS Publisher 2007 but I can't remeber how I did it! Now I want to change the content. HELP!

In GoDaddy's free webhosting, their ads appear as a strip accross the top of the customer's website. Having created a simple website in Publisher, however, my sites appear, instead, to the RIGHT of (and offscreen, until the viewer scrolls right) this strip of advertising.

I am having difficulty inserting nav bars. I have an approximately 60 page site and wanted to split the links on either side versus having one long nav bar. Can someone advise please because when I add new pages, it adds to both nav bars.
