I am creating an email newsletter and when i send it, the text is blurry.  I
have changed it all to times roman, but it still is looking unprofessional.

When viewing my Publisher 2003  web site on IE 6, it flashes (once) segments
of text over typically the top of the page, the first time that page
loads.Subsequent page changes don't exhibit this overlayed text. Anything I
can do to elimate this effect?

For now, I can only manage to publish my webpages on the left hand side of
the screen.
Does anyone knows how to publish the webpage on the Center Screen or is
there a function to do so in Publisher?

I have previewed my web page files on Firefox and everything works just fine.
However, when I open the html pages using "Open WIth IE", the original page
opens but I get an error message if I try to open any links (going to other
