i am placing a form in my website with Publisher.  How can I allow my users
to attach pictures to my forms.  Everything I have tried has failed.

I am using Pub 2007 and like it although I was dissapointed that there were
so few improvements over the last version.  Please check the website at:

I am having trouble with my forms.  When I click "Submit" an error page comes
