I have a website someone else made, how can I get it into publisher 2007?

I have been using publisher 2003 for my website without any trouble.  I then
changed to publisher 2007 with a vista o/s and it work great.  Last week I
had to image my drive and reinstall publisher.  Every time I go to publish
now I just get error messages and cant even get to my ...

I'm new to making websites in Publisher.  I didn't realize that when I save
as a website that Publisher will not open the files again.  How does one get
around this (without having to open the files in Dreamweaver!)

I want to add a flash movie (.swf) to a web page in Publisher 2003.  I tried
adding html code and it added a box to the publication but it is blank when
previewed.  It says the movie is not loaded.

I added two new pages to my web site.  I am trying to add the navigation bars
and it just won't let me.  When I click on the wizard that pops up nothing
