Hi Mike,
David suggested that I take a look at serif web plus as an alternative to
publisher for my large site. I downloaded the web plus se version to test run

I'm looking for a piece of software/script (preferebly PHP) that will
allow me to post items up in categories for people to rate and review,

Using Pub 2007, and after creating my website pages, I was able to upload
them successfully to my host site (GoDaddy).  However, when I make a changes

I've exhausted my research here and working with my windows hosting provider.
