Using Pub 2007, and after creating my website pages, I was able to upload them successfully to my host site (GoDaddy). However, when I make a changes to the website, I am trying a different process that worked once, but not again.

I've exhausted my research here and working with my windows hosting provider. I have developed a Publisher 2007 web site, not very large, with a form on the contact page so i understand i need to publish via http to a windows server with the appropriate FPSE.
