In a Publisher 2003 website  the html code for rollovers, scrolling marqee
and paypal buttons change position in different browsers/computers, and looks
realy bad, for the most part renders these sections of the site unuseable. I

I have been doing my website for years with Publisher 97 and I am used
to it. My only real complaint is that the GIF images were rather
coarse looking. So I decided to upgrade (?) to a new computer with
Vista SP1 and Publisher 2007.

fragments from other web sites to embed within mine. Depending on the screen
resolution these appear in different places. It is correct in 1024 x 768, but
not in higher resolutions such as 1280 x 800.

no matter what size the window is, as if its floating. Is this a html
