I am writting a book using MS Word. I believe Publisher
would be a better software choice, especially since I have
lots of pictures to insert within text. Is Publisher a
better choice? Can I open my MS Word file with Publisher?

I have a book in publisher 2000.
It is set up on mirrored pages, landscape.
I.e., the left and right side of the publisher page contains an identical
printed page.
