Cropped images not printing properly04 Sep 2003 17:22 GMT2
I'm having problems printing cropped images in MS-
Publisher.  I insert the image, resize & crop it to what I
want, it looks fine on the screen, but it prints
incorrectly -- images are not cropped the way I want them

This is wierd. Any document I print fro Publisher to my
Panasonic KX-P7100 laser printer gets enlarged by a
factor of four or more - so it only prints out the top
left hand corner (but enlarged). None of the other

insertion in a newsletter and want to start the week with
Sunday, not Monday. I can do it from scratch, without the
template, but that takes longer!

I downloaded the 30 day trial to test and see if Publisher was up to the
task of doing my thesis, but when I installed it required an internet
connection. I got the "auth code" e:mailed to me at work, and I plugged it
in during install, but then the install said I had to authorize ...

Call me CRAZY, but I cannot seem to insert a simple
hyperlink into my Publisher document!! The Help file is
very clear:
Highlight the text in which you want to insert a hyperlink.

Does anyone know if it'S possible to modify when the start
of the week is in publisher??? Currently on the calendar
in publisher the first day of the week is Monday and we
would like to change it to Sunday..Any ideas???

I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to XP.  Now if I try
to open one of my Publisher files, I get a message
that "Publisher can't open from a previous version"  What
do I do?

I can't do anything with Publisher 2002 Deluxe.  I open it
and click on a template.  That loads fine, and then I get
an illegal operation error message with the following

I just finished the HP online Publisher 2002 course. One of my as well
as others who took the course open issues is how to creat a vertical
text box. This will be especially useful as an accent for newsletters

As usual, I am having a difficult time doing a simple
task in MS Office. In Publisher 2002, how do you start
page numbering on a page other than page 1? This is easy
to do in Word (start page numbering on page __) and

It'll ask you for the disk 2 of office pro. When you put
the cd in, it won't correct the problem and any time you
try to run publisher it ask for the cd. Does anyone has
seen this error?

I am having the same problem with Pub2002, have downloaded
all the patch's, etc, tried everything MS has recommended,
still can't use the file that I have been using for
months.  Looking for suggestion!

as a Word document as most people don't own Publisher.
