Problems with editing docs  from earlier Publisher14 Dec 2003 06:06 GMT1
I am unable to edit previous version of of a Publisher
document.  I am currently using  XP, previous documents
were created in an earlier version of publisher as well
as an earlier operating sys of Publisher.

I have Publisher 2002. When I create a side fold card the
bottom of the first page never prints. Approximately 1/2
inch of the bottom of the frame and its contents do not
print. The whole image shows up in print preview however.

Publisher 2002, after using 2000, is rubbish.  The text box edges are now a hatched, thick line.  What happened to the nice crisp ones in 2000?  When trying to group things, I end up grouping borders and shapes.  What happened to the easy, clean grouping in 2000.  Even the icon ...

I ahve a workatound for this problem but I'm still looking for possible

I had XP Home and Publisher 2000 worked fine on that OS.
Recently I upgraded to XP Pro and I cannot run Pub 2000
without the CD-ROM in the drive. I uninstalled and then
installed. Same result.
