Upgraded Pub 2003 Beta to Pub 2003. Clip Organizer gets "Error Code

I am using Excel as a data source for a catalog. One of the price fields in Excel is a 'currency' format and is the result of a formula. Publisher imports the field but only displays the figure as 45 instead of £45.00. Anyone know of a solution to this problem ? I can get around ...

I installed Publisher 2000 on Win2000 and when I go and
run the program, it request that the CD is in the drive.
Why? I want it to run without the CD. I removed it,
reinstalled it, repaired it and it wants the cd to run.

I have an HP2500CP Design Jet.  I have selected the paper size from the printer to be 36"x72".  When I try to print the banner (that is 36"x72") it shows it printing on two pages.  I cannot make it print larger than 48".  Does publisher not print anything larger than 48"?  Help.
