How do you change the logo in your personal information?

I would like to install my version of Publisher on my new
computer, but the cd is scratched.  Anyone know if
Microsoft has some kind of return program where I can
send them the scratched one in return for a new one?  Or

How can I convert Publisher 2003 files to be compatible with Publisher 2000.  I get an error message that reads Publisher cannot open files from a different version.

I am creating a 3 panel brochure.  When it prints, it
prints 2 seperate pages instead of front and back.  I
can't find anyway to get it to print two sided instead.  
Is it possible?

I just installed office 2003 over office 2000 (upgrade).
When I try to insert clipart, I find there is hardly
anything in my collection.  I had hundreds of pics before.

I'm trying to use Pantone colors in Publisher 2000 but it gives me the
error:
Publisher encountered a problem while trying to launch Pantone's Color
Management System.  The requested action could not be completed.

I just visited the Microsoft Publisher 2003 site and it implies that it
needs Windows XP. True?

OK - I have looked in help for jump to page, goto page or anything to allow
me to go from page 187 to page 3!  The only way I found was to scroll
through the Pub 2003 bottom page list with the arrow button.

How do i print multiple notecards per sheet?  right now, it prints all 4 pages on same side of paper.  we have special notecard paper that is perforated across the middle, so we want to print pages 1 and 4 on the same side and then flip it over to do pages 2 and 3... confused ...

When I make a change to my webpage fragments of what i delete are left. eg
pics I remove are still there, despite them being absent when I do a webpage
