I have created a web page in publisher, and am having a
problem uploading it to a hosting site(angelfire).  Any

when I publish to the web via ftp all of the blank spaces and apostorphes turn into question marks? How do I fix the problem

I recently made a menu project on publisher 03.  But now everytime i try to open it, i get an error message.  It won't let me do anything with the file, then it will just restart the program all over.  I know the problem isn't with the file, i tried opening it on another computer ...

I am using Publisher 2000 on a Windows 2000 machine. I have a document that is linked all throughout it. My problem is that I'd like to add a page in the middle of the document and have the linking remain (with the new page linked as well). There does not seem to be any easy way ...

installing my old Publisher program, but when I try to
open it it says:

I AM DOING A FLYER AND I MAKE PICTURE BOX, GO TO MY PIC.
FOLDER COPY AND PATSE AND IT WILL NOT GO IN THE PIC BOX.
ALL I GET IS A RED X IN THE TOP LEFT CORNEROF THE PIC
BOX. I HAVE TRIED TO DRAG ,NO LUCK.
