I have a .pub file and get an error "Publisher cannot open files from a different version". To my knowledge we only own one version, 2000. I did all the updates. Any way I can tell which version these files were created

Using acrobat distiller to print a pub using verdana font as an eps file is fine. A font warning appears while opening in Photoshop & Illustrator. If I proceed, all the letters appear as squares. I can save as a pdf file via a ps file that opens ok but its very low res and ...

I have tried the suggestion of reinstalling adobe type manager, removing some font files as microsoft website suggests and still no luck. any suggestions?

After upgrading to PUblisher 2003 from 2002, I have lost all the column formatting in a document, and cannt reformat in text boxes. There is no column button to select...when I try to format the text box and I have exhausted help functions - would appreciate any help....
