I am making a booklet using publisher but the "boundaries" (those annoying pink and blue lines) really limit the space I can use. Is there a way to change or remove the boundaries?

With Publisher 98 I was able to print banners on my HP 930C no problem. Now with Publisher XP and the same printer I can not find banner paper listed in any of the page or print setup boxes. Any suggestions?
