Is there any way to change the background color of the pages I'm working on

Some the people I share files with have Publisher 2003 and some have 2000 is
there anyway to use the files created in 2003 in the 2000 versions? I think
the 2003 probably could save in 2000 format but is there any other way?

When I attempt to open file previously created in Pub2000 get message saying
file is locked because it is currently being used by another program. Close
other program and then try opening or importing file again. Problem is I do
not see or know of any open file

How do I print an A4 copy of a 59 x 84cm sign in Microsoft Publisher? It
keeps printing out around 15 pages with the actual size of the sign. I just

The front pages are printing correctly, the rear pages are printing upside
down and it appears back to front. How can I correct this?
