My group purchased pre-stamped, white card stock postcards for a mailing. How can I print directly to the (single) cards and get it to line up correctly? The cards measure 5.5 x 3.5 (smaller than the "average" size postcard).

I am changing a publication including the design however some pages are updating to the new design and others are retaining the old design. When I go to the specific problem pages and change the design there it doesn't make a difference.

I have a document that is 16 pages. I want to only print the odd or even pages when I send it to print. I can't find a feature in the print setup that allows this function. Am I missing something?
