is there a way to make digital pictures load faster on my publisher web site?

We are trying to send out a newsletter using the "send mail" option in
publisher.  After sending out the mail... a client tells me that when he puts

This procedure works only if you already created a publication template in
Publisher and saved it to the default template location.

I followed instructions for making a new format and saved to the file as
instructed but when I close and reopen Publisher the New Style does not
appear.  Using Publish 2002 but states same procedure for both.

After loading publisher 97 I get this error message:
This program has performed an illegal operation & will be

Detail: mspub executed an invalid instruction in module

Users are having issues saving Pub 98 files to the network and I found that
it was not designed for that. Has that changed for 2003?

Every time I create a table in PowerPoint and I change one of the cells
borders - the border becomes an arrow.  Is their something I can do to stop
this from happening.  It's really getting annoying.

Is there an easy way to print both sides of a publisher catalogue? I make
booklets on heavy paper and want to use both sides; so that when it is bound,
I don't have blank back sides.

If this problem is old - or better fixed elswhere please advise.
I am using publisher 2000 for a local magazine.  To backup I like to
copy across the local network (Peer to Peer - no domain).
If the file exceeds about 9 Mbytes the copy will fail.

I want to rotate my text in in a Word document, but my TEXT DIRECTION command
is gray and not accessable. What can I do? Thank you.

Using Publisher 2003, clip art doesn't display on the screen, but does print.
I have the picture display set to detailed, although I have tried the fast
resize and zoom with the same results.  When I bring up the documents on
another PC, the pictures display just fine. Any ideas ...
