Is there some way in Publisher 2003 that I can have new text boxes created
with Autoflow given 'continued on' and 'continued from' lines? Giving them
to the first text frame doesn't seem to work: nor does using the 'Use this
setting for new text boxes' in the Text Box Format box. ...

I have set a background on Publisher.  However, Print preview shows the white
surrounding margins.  I want to have this professionally printing where it
