I am trying to complete a mail merge for 1/4 sheet postcards. When I try to print them, I get four copies of each recipient. How do I print one recipient for each 1/4 sheet panel?

i'm making a book and wish to have page number on the outside bottom of every page. e.e. bottom right on page 1 and all odd pages, bottom left for page 2 and all even pages. there don't seem to be these choices. is there a different menu for books?

Having created two Publisher dicuments include graphs and charts, diagrams and other images, it is vital to keep all formatting together. How to merge these two documents so that pagination continues smoothly. Cut and Paste sometimes throws up a wobbly.
