I am putting together a  business directory.  Each of the pages has around 18
text boxes containing business names and addresses. I want to decrease the
sizes of all the text boxes in the booket. Is there a quick way on doing this
rather than doing one by one?

An embedded JPG graphic does not display in document.  However, the graphics
manager shows me an accurate thumbnail.  Is there some setting I can adjust?  
Other loads of Publisher on different computers open the file correctly so

when it comes to text. When I use Word & hit insert (OVR lights up on
