i'm using MS Publisher and want to create some CD inserts. I download a

Everytime I print a booklet 11x 14 landscape open to the left, I get two
blank pages side by side in the middle of the publication, I don't see them
in print preview - I have a total of 10 pages to print as a booklet and
that's what I see!  

If I go to a new document and add a background and then print it --
just a background and nothing else, I would think that it would print
out perfectly centered.  My printer is capable of printing to .167" of
the edge.  The print preview as well as the printed background is off

Using Project 2003 - I am trying to number paragraphs in a hierarchical
format. The "Bullets/numbering" button has only a limited number of choices.
I need to be able to create a Table of Contents.  Is there any way to do this
except throuigh styles?

I want to print the whole screen as seen, complete with tool bar etc as I
need to write a procedure note!  The Help line say simply press 'Print
Screen', but this does not have any effect.  It also suggests pressing  
'Alt+Print Screen', this too has no effect.
