I am priniting on a duplex printer. When I try to print my 4 page booklet it prints on both sides of the paper but when I fold it in half my 2 inside pages are upside down. Please help!

In MS Pub 2003, I wish to continue page numbering from file to file. In file one page, pages run 1-10. In file two, pages should run 11-20, but MS Pub restarts at page one. In MS Pub 2000, it was easy to do; can't figure it out for MS Pub 2003. Help!!
