How do I join two publisher files to make one document?

Recently purchased new computer.  The microsoft software did not contain
publisher.  I want to install my publisher 2000 software and then update to
2003 however I lost the case with the 25 digit product ID code.  The paper
certificate of Authenticity product code is only 20 ...

When cleaning up a folder, I renamed a publisher document...seven pages of
carefully laid out publisher cards. I failed, even with the caution prompt,
to notice that I had deleted the .pub extension.

I have created a brochure and page 1 is printing without a problem but when I
print page 2...only the 1st "column" is printing and then it stops.  I have
tried everything that I can think of to correct this but nothing is working.

Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? My publication is cutting off on the right margin
in print preview AND when I print the document (even though the margins are
.25 all the way around.) The left margin is fine!! This is driving me

Can objects be configured for display-only in Publisher? I want to configure

The printing routine in Publisher should work the same way it does in Word.  
I never have any trouble printing an envelope in Word.  But almost never can
get the envelope to print correctly in Publisher.

I have gone through several processes...word pad, master page but can't not
get anything to print within 1" on right margin in Publisher.  In other
programs (Word, Excel etc) this is not a problem, therefore it doesn't appear
to be a printer issue. What am I missing?

I have created a nine tile poster but it will only print out 3 of the tiles.  
I am printing to a HP Business injet 2300.   The paper size is letter and it
shows up in the print preview perfectly.
