Publisher keeps cutting off the bottom and side border when I print
(depending on what type of set up I have).  Right now I'm trying to print
postcards (Avery 3380), 4 postcards to a page and it keeps cutting  off the
border on the right side.

I'm working on a business presentation which contains a visio graphic.  The
graphic contains wording which i would edit from within publisher by double
clicking it.  From here i could change the font height from the publisher

I´ve added Custom Paper Sizes OK and they appear OK in Print Server
Properties but they do not appear in Publisher or CorelDraw lists. I am using
a newish Epson Stylus DX4800.
