Is there an option to show ruler guides above artwork?

Hi!  I am trying to print a greeting card that has one side as glossy paper
and the other matte.  I have spent ages trying to figure out how to get it to
print just page 1 and page 4 in one print format for the glossy paper and
print pages 2 and 3 in matte paper but cannot seem ...

For publishing a company catalogue I have chosen a template with a single
start page, single end page and inbetween double sided pages obviously placed

When I send newsletters etc from Publisher, they always appear 'left aligned'
when viewed by recipient. How do I send so the newsletter appears centered in
recipients web/email browser?

Where can I find a place that has fancy lettering templates? I want to make a
stencil.

I can't properly open a Publisher document I recieved. It appears blank and
asks me to choose the setting which displays the document correctly. None
work!

I have created a newsletter in Publisher that I want to email to clients.  
How do I protect it so that others cannot make changes to it?

I created a 4 Page booklet on Publisher.
When i print it is prints all 4 pages ( all detail ) but exactly on half of
the page.
