the photo it displays.  Is there a way I can select which part of the photo

When I merge data from an access database into publisher the dates come out
as US format even though both Access2003 and Publisher 2003 and Windows XP

There is an 1/3 inch offset between the front and back pages of my duplex
document. I tried manually moving both pages 1/16 inch to correct the
misalignment, but that didn't correct the problem.
I cannot find a way to correct the offset within the Publisher application.
