I am trying to merge addresses to a postcard. 4 postcards on the sheet. when
i merge each postcard has the same address. i printed test pages and all have
the same address. tried the suggestions in the other posts and they do not
work. I'm about to go out and buy labels and merge ...

i upgraded to office 2007 everyone of the office 2003/xp upgrade correctly
except for publisher. it still has the old icons and menus. how can i get the
new 2007 interface?

I have been running Publisher 2000 for years (obviously.)  Today, I
took an old business card design to my favorite repro center...who run
2003 (?) & newer...& the drop shadows in the WordArt were all screwed

I have created a 20 page catalog with Publisher 2002 in booklet form.  How do
I make the booklet "turn the pages" before I save to a PDF format so that
when the PDF is opened the pages are not out of order?

I created a document in publisher and saved it as a web page to get it in an
HTML file.  The file is too large and I need to reduce the size.  Is there
anything that I can do?  It's at over 200 kb and needs to be less than 31 kb.
Pictures don't matter, I guess, they are hosted ...

Could someone tell me if it's possible to embed a newsletter created in
Publisher 2007 in to an email, as opposed to making it an attachment. It
can't be done in 2003 and - without downloading the trial version - I haven't
been able to determine if it's possible in 2007

Have insall at work ms publisher and office 2000, now upgraded to 2003, in
pub 2000 used to select insert graphic and options for access from web
brought you to ms gallery page. In 2003, no dropdown menu shows the internet

Problem:  When printing a mail merged document and collating / stapling it,
it puts 2 merged documents together rather than printing / folding 1 and then

I would like to create a document using 8.5 x 14 paper to be used as a
concert program.  I currently create programs using 8.5 x 11 with one
fold.  I plan to fold the sheet at 5.5 and 11 inches and use the extra
