I would like to be able to create a top or side card fold with printing on
all 4 sides (front, 2 inside panels and back)...much like the quarter fold
card, but the size would need to be 5.5" x 8.5.  Any ideas how this can be
done?

i've made a " proposal" template which i hoped to be able to use when making
