MS Help tell me to default change the print order on a MS Publisher publication by clicking on the Complex Scripts tab. However, no such tab exists in my MS Publisher. What do I do?

I have MS Publisher 2003 SP2. I am trying to put a photo in a text box, but when I type the text, it always types right over the photo. This only happens sometime. Sometime it goes around the photo as I would like for it to do.

I would like to format this so these would automaticly superscript, This happens in word, but I can't seem to find this option in Publication, to make it change all of the time you type these letters after numbers and they turn into superscript.

My wife and I are using Publisher 2003 on a Toshiba laptop. When we open a document under my profile everything is fine. When we log off and open the same file under her profile some of the color is missing and all the fill in the text boxes disappears. Any thoughts?
