I use a very old version of ms publisher at the moment which gives the option "resize the picture to fit the frame" when inserting an image in to a picture box. This is very useful if you need all pictures on all pages the same size.

If we copy an image from the Internet, Publisher will not allow you to paste it into your document until you close the browser. Happens in Win 2K and Win XP, IE 6 & IE 7, using Publisher 2003. We get the following error: "The clipboard is busy.

When doing a mail merge in Word, you can use the <<Next Record>> mark-up to print the next record in the database even though you have not moved to the next page in your document. This same behaviour seems to be absent in Publisher.

Using P2003, I have 3 elements (2 text boxes and 1 graphic) on a page that I grouped and wanted to save as one JPG. However, when I look at the finished JPG, the graphic is not part of the JPG. Why not?

Using P2003, I changed my display resolution from 800x400 to a higher one, and my screen colors changed, both on my Windows desktop and my Publisher desktop. I can't remember, and couldn't find it in Help, how do I change my desktop within Pub to be something other than white?

After printing is completed the color of the brochure looks as if it was printed as a draft. Is there a way to change it to a normal print out? Like darker color for the printing? Is that what you consider bleeding?
