Publisher 2002. I installed it. It came with another CD which it didn't use for the installation. So I installed the second CD separately - it seems it was installing 'media content'.

When I create a document in which I have used letters for bulletted lists (ie, a), b), c) etc), when I print or reopen it, the letters have changed to Greek characters alpha, beta etc. How can I stop this from happening? Thanks very much.
