I am trying to do a mail merge in a publisher document with an excel file of
addresses.  It keeps telling me database engine failure.  How do I correct
this error?

I'm used to using Word to perform all mail merge taks. How do I create a
letter, insert fields and use mail merge? I've looked through the Help
section in Publisher 2003, but it isn't as informative and user friendly as
past Publishers and Word.

My business cards have my picture on the left (which has been centered to
have a bit of white space on the top and bottom) and text info on the right.

When I convert my publisher 2007 file to PDF using the 'publish in PDF'
option, the color text in publisher appears as black text in PDF regardless
of the original color or the font I use. Do not have this issue with color
objects but only with text.

We have run into an issue when printing a malmerge document from MS Publisher
2007 to a Kyocera printer. This is an 8 page newsletter which is supposed to
be assembled as a booklet (folded and stapled) on a Kyocera KM-3232. The

between objects (such as text entered into one text box filters the same text
through synchronized text boxes throughout the document), but I can't figure
out how to CREATE synchronization between objects.

I believe I read in here somewhere that Pub 2007 was not the
application of choice when creating a large document - 60 pages or so
plus index. What Microsoft product would be the application of choice?
And is the fact that Pub does not create an index them main reason?

I like to open Publisher 2003 directly onto a blank page.
In the past I did this  by using Tools > Options  > General, and unchecking
New Publication task pane at startup.

When I open a new publication, my main font color is always Red.  Is there a

is not enabled.  What's it for and why is it not enabled?  ...
