how do i add additional fonts to publisher

When printing a 3 fold document, the 3rd panel prints short. When viewing it
in normal mode, it looks fine. But when Print Preview, it also shows the
shortness in the right margin. How can I resolve this issue?

Can I upgrade my product to latest version?  If so will I be able to use
publications I have created in this 2000 version?  Will I be able to then
send my work by email to someone that has Office 2007 on their computer?

I have a page in Publisher 2007  that I am trying to copy onto a slide in
Powerpoint 2007 and  when it pastes on a slide it is all unreadable.

I have managed to shrink a certificate template down to fit two on one page,
however when I do a mail merge, it prints the same person's name on both
certificates.  Is there a way I can have it print the next person's name in
the mail merge on the second certificate?

Even after I have formatted the cells in Excel (currency, $, 2 decimals),
when I try to bring that data into publisher for my mail merge, it has
multiple numbers past the decimal point, i.e instead of $125.26 it shows up
as $125.265.

I am creating a 28 page A5, fully colour newsletter which is sent to a
commercial printer as a PDF.
My commercial printer asked for a PDF with colours set up as CMYK.
To do this I created a postcript file and then ran this through Adobe

There appears to be a grey microsoft message box which appears in the center
of the screen first, but the program closes so quickly that I cannot read it.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?  All of my other office 2002
applications still work fine.
