I make cards and I use Publisher 2003 to do my inserts, these are custom sizes and therefore print on A4 with cropmarks. I currently have 50 different inserts but whenever I try and print one out I get the printing dialogue box then I get a box saying 'Microsoft

My client has Office 2003 SP3 installed under WinXP SP2. They are having trouble with printing a newsletter from Publisher. The publication is an 8-page newsletter in "booklet" form. Each page is 8 1/2 by 11.

This happened once before - "pin to start menu" - yep, did that - use it constantly, no problem, then - bang. It stops working. Delete it, pin it again, still no go. A shortcut on the desktop works though.....
