I have tried saving graphics created from shapes and text boxes as gif files
in Publisher.  Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.    I group the
graphics and text box but when I look at the saved file it has only saved a
part, either the text box or the graphics.  Why ...

This happened once before - "pin to start menu" - yep, did that - use it
constantly, no problem, then - bang. It stops working. Delete it, pin it
again, still no go. A shortcut on the desktop works though.....

I am trying to create a call-out text box that has square brackets on either
side of the box instead of the usual box outline. (ie. [ ]  - imagine that
