How do I wrap text around a circle?

I am using publisher to produce a e-newsletter to send via outlook.
I have finished the formatting and have entered the content, but now when I
send it out the resolution is pretty shoddy.
Is there any way for me to improve the resolution of the document so that

I have a spreadsheet that has a number assigned to each name and it was made
in aphabetical order.  I want to change it to numerical order. How do I do
this?

I've been given a template for a flyer to be printed 2-up on 8.5x11,
IOW, the template is 5.5x8.5.
I can't see a way to do it. Can someone give me a clue?

I need to regularly create a newsletter with many short items. It is pretty
tedious to copy and paste all those short bits into individual text boxes. Is
it possible for me to import the text from MS Word 2007 into MS Publisher
2007 and have all the different paragraphs or ...

There seems to be a lack of agreement when I've searched for an answer to a
printing problem I have.
The collate option in the driver for our printer can selected/deselected
when printing from Word, but is grayed out when printing from Publisher.

I have files that are suppose to be in grayscale.  Some use random graphics
that are vectorized (EPS) and in color.  I have tried both converting it to

I looked at the earlier responses to converting publisher files to Word .doc
files.  They are all old questions in 2007.
I found a site called www.zamzar.com that claims they can convert .pub files
to .doc files. Should I try it?

Hi, I don't know if this is possible. I need to create a "tent
document" with images on both "pages" this to print on one side of a
sheet of A3 ( no problem so far) The other side of the paper has to be
duplex printed with the WHOLE A3 sheet being filled with a text box
