In the past I've printed booklets using stationary such as Elizabethian. They
show the paper, envelopes, business cards, etc., all matching. Now I can't
find them. How do I get there?

Any one know of a work around?

When I go to File > Page Setup > Layout tab and highlight Business Card,
none of the Avery standard papers show up.  Same thing for other Types, no
Avery listing.
Anyone know how to fix this so I get a list of Avery products to choose

How do i bring a page from one publisher file into the other?  I try
copy/paste but it doesnt seem to copy the text along with the text boxes.  
Ill highlight everything, copy, go to new document, paste, and everything
pastes but the text boxes are all empty.  Is there any more ...

What would be the best way to convert a Publisher file to something
a Scribus user on Linux could, er, use?

How can I place a Picture inside a oval shape and have the text wrape around
the shape. Or do I have to do this in Photoshop Elements and import the oval
shape graphic?
