I CAN NOT INSTALL. WHEN IT GETS TO THE WINDOW THAT ASKS TO INPUT PRODUCT NUMBER, I DO AND THEN IT SAYS IT CAN NOT FIND IT. SO I CLICK TO THE D DRIVE, WHERE THE CD IS AND AN ERROR CODE COMES UP AND SAYS THE PRODUCT DOES NOT

I have been using word 2000 SR-1 on this computer for 18 months, without a problem. However in the last 3 days every time I try to open Word it opens and freezes, and then says word has encountered a problem and must close.

When using labels in Word, how can I add a new insert to an existing list in alphabectical order. I find the list will not automactically adjust to a new insert. I must add it to the very end of the list.
