I have WIndows XP and OFFICE WP. AFTER downloading
service packs one and two, the documents stored in WORD
are no longer available. The documents are still on the
computer, they are still intact, and WORD cannot find

I have Word 2000 installed as part of Works Suite.  I've
been operating it without problem for some time.  
Yesterday, when I double clicked on the MS Word shortcut
on my desktop, MS Word would not open.  I restarted the
