I edit a 36 page magazine with quite a few photos using WORD 2002. While in "Print Layout View" there will be horizontal blank areas in photographs. They can be gotten rid of by scrolling either up or down but will appear randomly at times. Is this something that I should be ...

I find several files inside a folder that have ~$filename; ~$filename.tmp why does the system write files under ~$ (prefix)? I understand how suffix extentions .jgp etc are used

When opening Word 2000 Error message "Winwod had caused an error in WINWORD.EXE. Winword will now close.". Next message is "Winword....error in MFC42.DLL". and then Winword....an error in <unknown>". Word does not open.
