Just upgraded to Office 10.1.4 on my Mac.  Excel and PowerPoint run
just fine but Word doesn't even make it to the splash screen before
"unexpectedly quitting".  Have been forced to revert to 10.1.3.  I have

I mistakenly copied a new file over an old one by using
the same file name for the new file as I had used for the
old one. How can I recover the old/original file?

A word file, when counted in computer A gives a count=1000
but the same file when counted in computer B(where both
computers are running same version of word) counts=1200.
The count of computer A is more correct.
