When clicking on Shortcut from desktop to open word, the
system continues to "think".  When Ctrl+Alt+Delete is
pressed the message pops up "The system is dangerously low
in resources".  Any suggestions on how to get Word working

after applying office XP service pack2,  word will no
longer open any files.  I get the message the file is not
available.  Just for kicks, I upgraded office to office
2003 beta and I get the same error.

Whenever I open a new Word document two sentences of words
are always already on the page. This means I have to
constantly delete these words in order to have a clean
page. Any ideas why this is happening?

Every time one of my users saves a file it generates
another TMP file and it never deletes ANY of them. I have
to go in and manually clean them up. HELP!

I replied twice to one message but it is not displayed.  The only thing I

   I'm using XP Home and Word 2000.  Periodically (at least once a day), I
get a save error.  It happens only on documents that I am editing.  The
error is:
       "Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error
"The disk is full or too many files are open."05 Aug 2003 17:35 GMT1
Users here cannot save to network shares in a standard MS
Office format.  Only happens in Office Applications.  The
error messages are:  Excel = "Disk is full."
(then) "Document not saved.",   Word = "The disk is full

I have a 80-page word document. I am facing a peculiar
problem.Whenever I start printing the document, Word
crashes with the following message:
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in

Whenever I close Word XP (Office XP SP2 on Windows 2000 SP1), I encounter
this error msg:
Microsoft Word have encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience.

It used to be when I used Word and did File / Open, it
would display the file names in My Documents
alphebatically.  That was great.  Now for some reason it
doesn't do that any more.  They seemed to be displayed by

When I try to open up any .doc file in word it says that
the file is not available.  I can open the file in wordpad
so I know the info is there.  It is happening to all .doc
files.  Any help would be appreciated.
