I am having Trouble with the Starting Document Number in Word. I doesn't start with the Default Number of Just Document #1 but starts at a randomly larger number such as Document #7.

When I open a new document in word, upon typing to the end of the first line, when I hit "enter" the cursor jumps 1/2 way to 3/4 way down the page. I have tried everything. Anybody out there who has solved this glitch?
