I'm having trouble accesing the Newsgroups...I'm using IE
5.5...I can view the screen where all the messages are
displayed and can also expand the message list. However
when I click on a particular message no second window opens

When i compose e mail on the format in Word and then
select Send, it will not automatically bring up my dial
up connection and send the mail. Can you direct me??

After installing a patch I can't use the drawing tools in

i am doing a project on magazine cover and working on
microsoft word 2000.when i chose the background colour and
set that page for print,the text and the picture are
piinted but the main problem the background colour does

With the edit/review mode, the list of Reviewers includes
the name Allan Stratton. I don't know who this is. How do
I delete his name from the list>?  Help welcome

In Word '97, whenever I change a type size or font, "you
have performed an illegal operation.  All unsaved info
will be lost..." pops up.  Anyone with any suggestions?

I've spent the last several days reading through previous posts and trying
everything that has been suggested-all to no avail.  I've located and
renamed Normal.dot; I've tried all the suggestions on the mvps link that has
been posted.  The only route I haven't tried is uninstalling ...

Having a problem with machines  freezing up in word XP.  Machines are all
petium 4's. Some are running XP and some are runing XP for there OS. All of
them have the currents os service pack. All of also have SP for office XP.

I recently had to reinstall my OS and microsoft works
suite 2002.  My 25 digit product key code will not work
to activate the software.  Please help!  Kids need to

In the process of working on an article for a newsletter
yesterday I was locked out of Word. Had opened and closed
the file several times with no problem. Sent it to a
committee member and she received it with no problem.
