I have the same problem as Doug who wrote on 11/29/2003 at 7:50 PST.  Everytime I try to exit Word it crashes.  I also have sent numerous reports but no help either.

Wordc used to open and close in a few seconds, but
lately, it takes up to 20 seconds.  Something is wrong.
